SWORDS of GARGANTUA Comes to PlayStation VR on December 8

VR sword-action game SWORDS of GARGANTUA will launch on PlayStation VR starting December 8, 2020. Already a hit title for Oculus Rift, Oculus Quest, HTC Vive, HTC VIVE COSMOS and Windows Mixed Reality, PlayStation VR fans will soon be able to engage in fast-paced rogue-lite action and realistic swordplay. Upon release, SWORDS of GARGANTUA for PlayStation VR will be available globally in English and Japanese for $29.99 USD.

Featuring both single-player mode and online co-op with up to 3 other players, SWORDS of GARGANTUA features realistic swordplay in an immersive VR-enabled online environment. Players must level up their weapons and abilities to fight against a horde of enemies, and ultimately face their master, the towering titan named GARGANTUA. A wide variety of weapons are available, allowing you to pursue your own virtual reality action (one and two-handed swords, axes, maces, boomerangs, shields, etc.). While playing, you can use voice chat to communicate with your fellow warriors while taking on the enemies in Tesseract Abyss.


Key Features:

  • Traverse through the Tesseract Abyss floors with the aim of taking down the giant Gargantua in its deepest layer, Floor 101. Use your weapons and abilities to make your way and conquer the dungeon.
  • A wide variety of weapons are available to help you in your adventure, including one and two-handed swords, axes, rapiers, maces, throwing knives, boomerangs, shields and much more.
  • While playing, you can use the native voice chat to communicate with your fellow warriors while taking on the enemies in the Tesseract Abyss.
