sumika a four-piece Japanese band has released their new single “Negai/Higher Ground” today!
And they have now opened their whole catalogue for subscriptions streaming services for the first time!!

<BIO> 4-piece Japanese band formed in 2013 named from the Japanese word meaning “residence” or “home” in hopes of their music being everyone’s place to come back to at the end of the day. After building up their career, they landed their first anime tie-in with “fiction” which charted their highest at 3rd in the weekly charts. Since then they have many tie-ins such as the animation movie “I Want to Eat Your Pancreas” and tv commercials, tv dramas etc.
This year with more velocity they are the next break band in Japan.

The song “Higher Ground” is the theme song for the new “My Hero Academia” animation movie “My Hero Academia THE MOVIE HEROES:RISING” that comes out in theaters throughout Japan on December 20.
